FAQs
Does the Gallery accept returns?
Yes, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Abbozzo Gallery for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery or pickup to request a full refund as long as it is returned in “as new” condition. Unfortunately, there is no exchange option.
Can I pay for artwork in instalments?
Yes, of course. Contact us to discuss payment options tailored to your needs.
Do I need to make an appointment to visit the Gallery?
No, but if you would like to view a particular piece, a phone call or an email letting us know when you're arriving is always appreciated so we can prepare it for viewing.
Does the Gallery offer parking?
Parking can be arranged. Simply call 416-260-2220, press one to speak to a gallery representative, and accommodations will quickly be made. However, the Gallery might not be able to help if your call is in regards to parking for an event at the Gallery, due to the number of spaces available.
Are certificates of authenticity offered?
Yes, per request.
Does the artwork come framed?
Not necessarily. It depends on the medium. We consider framing only if the artwork structure or medium need to be reinforced or protected, as in the case of works on paper or paper printed photographs. As a general rule, an artwork doesn’t need a frame if not contemplated and created by the artist.
Can I see the artwork at my location before purchasing?
Sure. If you reside within the Greater Toronto Area you can take the artwork at home for 48 hours or a weekend and see if it is a fit in your space.
If you reside outside the Toronto GTA, our Virtual Hanging is the right service for you. Furthermore, most artworks on the website have a 'view on wall' option that might help you get a better idea of the scale of the piece.
